Hey!
I have trawled the forum without much luck, I am visiting the US in a few months and it’s my first time with a Monzo account, I was wondering if UN accounts are able to withdraw for free in any ATMs do they get access to MoneyPass or not?

You’ll want to open a Chase account and take that card for free ATM withdrawals.
Just be aware that while Chase has ATMs in most tourist destinations, if you’re traveling off the beaten path you’ll have a much harder time finding them, so do a bit of research ahead of time.
A better option might be to open an account with Charles Schwab as it refunds ATM fees (see the overseas account thread).
In terms of simplicity, though, Chase is going to be easier to set up unless you’ve got US citizenship.
You don’t need US citizenship to open Charles Schwab. They have an office in London and you’d open it via them.
You don’t need it, but it’s not nearly as streamlined as if you were. Opening a Chase account, by contrast, is a bit of personal info and a few taps in their app, and if you had US citizenship, opening a Schwab account would be that easy too.
Slightly more complicated, but not much more really. If memory serves, you’re talking about another form or two. That said, you’re best popping the money in in dollars so probably via Wise or similar. And, since America only has the equivalent of BACS, it takes a couple of days to arrive.
Probably a bit much for a single holiday though.
