I get paid on the 26th however if it is a weekend then I get paid the working day before. So this month o will be paid on the 25th.
I set this up on the app, however trends reference the 24th, surely this should say the 25th as my trends would reset the end of the 24th not until the 24th as worded in the photo
Seems correct to me. You get paid on the 25th so that is day 1 of the next cycle, the 24th is the last day of the current.
Yeah I get what you’re saying, but I still think the wording is a bit misleading. If it says “until 24th July”, it sounds like the reset happens at the start of the 24th, not after it.
Since my trends are set up to reset with payday on the 25th, I’d expect it to say something like “Resets on 25th” to be clearer. That way it’s obvious the 24th is still part of the current cycle, and the new one starts the next day
It’s one of those tricky terminology/interpretation issues. Better wording would be ‘until and including 24th July’ which takes up a lot of space or the simpler American-style ‘thru/through 24th July’
the wording could definitely be clearer. Saying “until 24th July” makes it sound like the 24th isn’t part of the cycle, which is misleading and wrong? If I get paid on the 25th it should say ‘Until 25th July’
