I was quoted £280 by a local garage to hardwire a dash cam. All cables had been run up to the passenger footwell where the fuse box was.
The challenge was that the fuse for the always on required a micro 3 fuse tap yet I was using a micro 2 so it wasn’t working.
Checked some forums and few people had had similar problems until one got the micro 3 solution.
Ordered one on Amazon for same day delivery.
5 minutes and I am done.
£280 saved (was not going to spend it anyway as cig socket was working while engine on)
I have been hard wiring my previous cars with ease just that this one was weird.
Same a few years back my car radiator gave up. £200 at the garage or £50 part, a few hours and a lot of foul words, it was done.

Monzo was giving 4% cashback at Halfords when I was shopping for one so I got the kit including fitting cost for around the same price.
They didn’t have the one I wanted (3-Channel Vantrue N4S) and when I went to them they said they don’t fit what they didn’t sell.
People are brave

@Morgoth @DMc1 have you guys tried the lite Huel? I think it has a much nicer texture than full fat Huel.
somewhat belated reply here, but just don’t do what I did and trip over a perfectly smooth bit of pavement and break a metatarsal. That’s me out of the world cup squad then.
That’s what I liked about it tbh
, the general texture was much more pleasant.
Same name and same email ![]()
Could it be someone has signed you up?
It’s a shame they don’t know - as you’re getting the info!
I’d email the gym and explain someone with a similar name using an email address allocated to you (‘your.old.gmail.address@gmail.com’, which is yours) needs to be contacted via alternative means to change the email address they have used. Then at least you’ve done what you can.
So wholesome, I’d totally do what @DMc1 suggested. Have some fun with it
With gmail first.last@gmail is the same as firstlast@gmail
The dots mean nothing. Long standing problems
The dot thing is a feature, not a problem.
I’ve got firstname.lastname@gmail - not a particularly common name, but apparently common enough that some of the people who share my name seem to think that it’s their email address.
I’m still annoyed at myself that I chose my nickname for my gmail account, when I had an early access invite, instead of getting my actual name.
