If Monzo Ultra comes then oh boy!
This. I don’t think I’ve used Monzo support once in 12+ months so it really has no bearing on who I bank with. I feel like the kind of people that are needing support multiple times per week or month won’t be happy regardless
I’ve chatted to Monzo CS twice in the 8 months* that I’ve been with Monzo. And tbh the 2nd time wasn’t totally necessary - I could’ve answered it myself had I done a little more searching. Both times they were very fast, and extremely helpful.
I think more valuable feedback to Monzo would be perhaps increasing support hours to something like 7am - 10pm, and have estimated response times, so people aren’t left hanging idk. Monzo also needs to decide whether or not they’re going to do phone support. They either need to hire a bunch of people to do phone support, and do it well, or make the phone lines for lost cards/urgent emergencies only, cuz cutting the phone after 10 minutes isn’t a valid answer.
*My god 8 months has absolutely flown by. It only feels like yesterday I was going through the setup flow.
I’ve always found Monzo support extremely helpful and quick at responding & they’ve always been very understanding. I can’t fault it.

if you’re nice enough you can convince them to give you a steak bake instead of sausage roll. i did it for cheese pasty
About 15% of them joined to ask about the 1p a day challenge.

If I’ve learned one thing it’s that after a decade of Monzo and how much they’ve transformed banking, there’s still so many great ideas that I’d love to see implemented (I voted for quite a few). I think it goes to show that no matter how far the industry comes, there will always still be a long way to go.
So I hope folks keep suggesting new ideas, and I hope Monzo keep a listening ear attuned to the community and act upon some of them.
Monzo was the first online bank i joined and its for that very reason with how they’ve transformed banking, evermore so years ago when monzo were one of the only ones with certain features.
I hope new initiative ideas soon come to the app as i’ve loved it so far

I agree. After looking through it all, I feel like some of them may be possible at some point down the line, but there are a few on the poll that I would love to see happen.
I have just done the poll, and excellent effort @Peter_G , however, I am sure some of the options in Poll 2 are already possible and some in Poll 3 did not make sense to me.
For example, I can already schedule deposits and withdrawals to/from a pot

You can but not via the payments tab where you can set up scheduled bank transfers, which is what I think was asked for. It’s kinda buried within the pots interface.
