I’ve had the same experience. I hope Monzo can find a way to make people like us profitable, because I really think that’s where real promise lies. People like us become evanglistic because we’ve seen real benefits to ours lives. (I don’t see how Monzo can make money pandering to those who only use Monzo for holidays, or in allowing people to switch energy providers…
