There’s a whole group of regulars on this forum that happily makes excuses for Monzo every time something comes up that’s better at another bank

Monzo should really have made a “Welcome to Monzo Chat” or similar screen. The amount of confusion Monzo Chat has caused due to people being switched with no indication is really poor!

Sounds like you might be the one with tunnel vision .
