They came back saying even after human review the outcome remains the same, so I will fire off my complaint if I get a minute over the weekend :joy:

If they know how many accounts and cards you have I doubt you can argue they de-bank you. :rofl:

I complained about it end of 2023 and they still didn’t send me my final response having asked for it 3 times. Wonder what went wrong there.

Might just go for a DSAR from 2015 first, all through to today, and then pick out the failures :joy:

Since the recent home screen changes I’m finding it slow to update after any transactions.

If you add/remove money to a space the balance can take a while to show the updated amount.

I just made a card payment online and then took that amount out of a space and both transactions took about 10 minutes before they showed up on the transactions list.

No issues here - everything is updating instantly for me

Yes, they haven’t changed IBAN as those with Euro accounts already could always keep using them.

Would be great if they offered European IBANs to make the euro account fully european For Sending/Receiving without differentiation/discrimination, Euro accounts are a good start I guess

Do they let you open the second current account still?

All mention of the second current account has gone…. no sign in the app and no Help articles about it that I can see, other than how to close one.
