I’m all for reaching out on social media via live streams and recorded videos but seriously need to get a grip on the audio issues that seem to be in nearly every video.
It carries a brand/reputation impact as it really doesn’t look all that great.
I would recommend either not doing these videos until the audio issues can be ironed out or at least not doing a live stream and instead edit out any audio issues experienced.
We agree, the technical issues today weren’t ideal. We definitely need to do better in future.
We’ve learnt a lot from the stream issues today, and know what to do better for next time. (In particular, we’ve finally got to the bottom of what was causing the audio issues).
