HI guys any ideas why i’m getting this problem.
If i manually search for " Spongebob Squarepants " I get every episode and every series.
However if i do a voice search, it only brings up a few episodes…
Why is this ?

I have no idea. But I have to say that this is absolutely the best question I’ve seen on the forum. Ever.
Only guessing here, but how strict is the Sky search? Could the voice search be parsing the string as “Sponge Bob Square Pants” (with added spaces, that is) and be failing because of that?
I’m really loving the Sky journey you’ve been taking us on the last few months, it’s been such a rollercoaster. I’m glad you’ve finally got it.
Thanks for the reply. I’ve double checked and both are “SpongeBob SquarePants”
If it’s just a one off thing i’m not too bothered, wouldn’t want it to affect all the channels though which it doesn’t ( at the moment )
“Who lives in a pineapple under the sea?”
You’ll find Sky customer services to be really helpful and available should you come up against a viewing issue - or indeed any specific Sky Q related thingy.
I’ve used them - and I was more than happy with their support.
Thanks @Demmedelusive
Twitter and Facebook is useless. All they ever do is refer me to the articles on their website
Not to worry it’s only a minor issue
I’d ask on the Digital Spy forums - although their website is only about reality tv and big budget blockbusters these days, the forums still have a section for Sky and other TV and Broadband suppliers and has loads of experts on there, including people who work for Sky.
A phone call is the thing - immediate response.
Thanks
Im aware of that site however when I try to join they keep closing my account lol
