I run my business and personal lives through separate email accounts, but both my business and personal Monzo accounts use the same one. Is it possible to change this?
As far as I know, no it’s not (though it is a few months since we closed our business account).
Personal and business are in the same app with the same login, and as far as I know only one email address can be registered to receive the magic link to log in.
In my opinion, Monzo don’t offer enough separation between personal and business accounts - it is far too easy to accidentally pay from the wrong account for example.

I had a personal account for years before I had a business account. Somehow I managed to open a business account with a different email address - but it seems to be causing a nightmare now that I have a new iphone. I cannot access my business account at all anymore! If I try to log in with my current account email, it takes me to my current account only. But if I try with my business account email it fails at the verification code stage with a “this number is already in use” message.
