The search function does not seem to work with my Flex account. Can someone please explain why, and how this can be changed?

A search function in the Flex account has not yet been available, but has been requested. Vote for it in the existing topic below (tap/click on the blue ‘Vote’ button at the top-left of the topic):
Hints in the 
app code have shown a ‘unified’ search which will hopefully address this - and other - search shortcomings.
