I’m a big fan of adding a short note to my transactions, which often includes an emoji. However, I just attempted a search with an emoji, but it doesn’t appear to be supported! 
It would be great to see this work at some point in the future!

Yes!! I put a 
on transactions I felt bad about (McDonalds and stuff) for a month to see if I could try spending less by buying less stuff I didn’t need or that were bad for me any ways. But then I went to search and was gutted…
Emoji search is a great idea

Strange because I’m sure this used to work with the old “dumb” search. 
It looks like it sort of works. If I search for 
Then I get my booze shop for Sunday nights dullfest
However I also get the same result using 
And 
Which both happen to start with U+26 in the Unicode char specification. So it looks like there’s some sort of Unicode fuzzy search going on or something. I’m not really sure
