Apologies if already suggested, but the search feature on my monzo account is really useful to find transactions. Could this feature be extended to linked accounts from external providers?
It hasn’t been suggested yet, as far as I can remember.
It’s a good idea, though. Like most good ideas, it’s already available elsewhere, so should make its way to Monzo some time in the future.

It was mentioned in the ‘Ugly’ section in this post, but I can’t see any other suggestions so this is one I’ve voted for

Hello,
I really like Monzo and just became a paid member. I connected my account and realised that I can not search transactions in connected accounts and I can not easily categorise previous transactions. These are extremely basic features so I am surprised and a bit disappointed.
Can you add monzo to other banks with open banking, and search monzo transactions from their app?
Edit: just checked, no you can’t.
Doesn’t seem a standard as Monzo doesn’t hold or own the data, only views it third party.
Hmm I don’t think that is right. When I was using Emma I could do it. Technically speaking if you have access to the data to display programmatically then you have access to the data to do a search.
I’m surprised this is still not available. It is a basic feature, one of which would be expected when paying (especially for Max), and you can absolutely do so using other apps in the market that let you ‘manage’ your finances across banks. If the data is available to read and display, of course it’s possible to make it searchable - and also to remember categorisation.

+1 This has really been inconvenient. If Monzo added this feature I would happily pay for the membership until forever.

I can’t believe it’s been 5 years and this feature is not implemented. We pay money to consolidate our accounts yet they can’t do a simple yet expected feature to search or even download our accounts in one go
I just tried doing this and found it wasn’t possible, surprised it’s been this long for what seems like a basic feature on a paid subscription, +1
