A scheduled payment left my account today and I want to cancel or pause it for a few months but when I click through manage payments it doesn’t appear and I cannot find how to cancel it.
Payments tab > Scheduled
Is it there?
Check the Payments tab > Scheduled like Revels says.
Also, if you have a joint account as well as a personal account, be sure to check the tab after switching to each account.

Well this is an odd one.
Is it possible you’d set an end date for your standing order and that this was the last payment?
If it’s not showing up in scheduled, I would expect that it’s been cancelled in some way already, so you should be ok.
