Scheduled payment missing

Hi,

I have a standing order moving money from another bank.

It appears I might’ve got confused and made a mistake at some time, because for 3 months in a row, there has been a payment moving it straight back again!
I can see it in my Activity List.

This means other transactions fail because the money isn’t available.

The problem is, that in my list of scheduled payments, the payment returning the money to the other bank is not showing, so I can’t cancel it.

Any ideas please?

If a scheduled payment transaction is not showing in the ‘Scheduled payments’ / ‘Flex’ / ‘Subscriptions & Direct Debits’ sections in the Monzo app, could it be something you’ve set up in an external (non-Monzo) bank account?

I am facing the same issue.
I have a scheduled payment that I set up within my Monzo account, but it is missing from the “scheduled payments” section. When I open the payment details, I can see the “Manage scheduled payment”, however, when I am redirected to the Scheduled Payments section, I can’t see it.

Any help is much appreciated.
