Hi folks,
I’ve been trying to open a savings pot having received the notification 2 days ago that it was all good to go.
When I select ‘Create pot’ I see the option to create a savings pot. Selecting this takes me to the ‘Select savings type’ page and from there onto the three screen ‘How it works’ spiel including the Investec info. However, when I select ‘OK’ on this final message it just goes back to the ‘Select Pot type’ page and nothing has happened.
I’ve tried updating the app (I have the latest version). I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling. I have also been in touch with in app help but haven’t heard anything back.
So has anyone any ideas about what the cause of this could be? Or has anyone else had a similar issue?
