I don’t think it changed anything other than the ability to use get cash on another account tbh.
I’ve formally logged my complaint so will see what comes of it.
I’ve also figured it’s my address that causes the error for credit cards and loans, not sure if I noted that above.
Believe it’s possibly because it’s a new build or something.

You just apply online, no need to go to branch 
But yeah the rbs app is decent.
I had the same issue and had my standard RBS made my “main account” and then I opened a savings account which turned out to be… Child and Co

Yes, or close your C&c. When I opened an additional current account recently I didn’t get one with the standard RBS sort code of my existing account… I got another Drummonds one. Don’t know if switching my main account from C&C to RBS will make a difference on that but I’m not going to test it anyway

No, you just open via the app.
My standard was opened this way, and I got a commoners sort code
Strange, as I only had child co account and saver when I did it and got the standard.

It would be handy if Sole/Joint was slightly different with C&Co branding.
I still can’t activate Biometric approval, its been well over a week.
I miss the shed.

Yes, I did like the Sole / Joint from Monzo tbh. The packages with RBS for me just make more sense to have this a primary.
Other than taking a week to get everything setup on RBS side, Sole / Joint, Savings, Credit Card, Child Account, the app is decent. I’d like transactions to appear inside of a menu when pressing the account though, I think the accounts on dashboard could shrink to get a few more on.
So I upgraded a Select 15-80-00 to Premier Select and its auto sent out a Beach Hut card… Is there anyway to get something else, this card is fugly.

Its been sent physically, App shows both for now and wallet hasn’t changed yet.
That’s real strange. Is it Visa or Mastercard?
The app is showing Mastercard, apparently speaking to the team that its the only card available.
