Revolut Chat

About 10% of my Monzo balance, about 0.3% of my total savings balances with multiple providers.

I upgraded to Monzo Max last week, which I now regret. I thought I was getting a premium product. I will be cancelling this week under the 14 day cooling off if they haven’t apologised and compensated me for their error.

Monzo have assured me on Live Chat regarding future payments to my Revolut account and I quote “You can let us know before making the payment so that it won’t happen again”

Bizarre in the context, but their words not mine!

I remember setting up extra security measures for my Monzo account somehow helped, as I emptied most of my savings with Monzo the moment they announce a drop in the interest and it triggered a selfie verification.

You would have thought the app should simply ask you to verify your identity and let you do whatever you want with your money.

I attempted to transfer £100 three times. The first transaction was successful, but I received a duplicate payment warning afterward. Monzo then blocked the third transaction.

When in mobilisation, do they qualify as a ‘bank’? Genuine question I’m not being facetious.

I think they can accept 50k in total deposits which are genuine bank deposits

I hope we keep the same details.

Do you have the link cards to pocket option?

https://help.revolut.com/help/app-features/vaults/link-card-to-a-pocket-and-how-to-manage-it/

Not available to me on the latest TestFlight.

If we don’t that’s all bills and salary requiring a reshift…

The UK CEO said customers should expect no difference - so I doubt they’re going to do it

I don’t. My charity and gambling Pockets only has DDs & SOs

No idea if this has already been mentioned, but I don’t have an investment account and noticed they’re now offering ETFs—is that a new thing? Also, it looks like there’s a separate Revolut X app now—Not sure if that was always there, but hey, there you go

Also in the latest TestFlight, there’s this ‘Split in 0 instalments’ option. Haven’t been able to actually split a payment yet though, so maybe it’s something coming in a future update

I have an open investment account but the etf option isn’t there yet

There is a new thing called trading pro though.

Revolut X is the trading platform.

Split in instalments shows on mine too, I wonder if it means between splitting the transaction friends.

I’ve not really bothered with crypto etc so wouldn’t have a clue.

Also changed the transaction list on home page.

I’m guessing they can’t do any form of instalments/lending without credit scoring so maybe that’s a hint of things to come :pinched_fingers:t3:

That’s all I see on Google Play :face_with_monocle:
