You didn’t sign up for a joint account or report it lost? No notification that it’s being replaced as it was compromised?

I’d ask in chat why you got one to be on the safe side

Have you checked the card number showing in app to see which it matches ? Or dropped Monzo a message :slight_smile:

I spoke with customer care , for my mistake I sorted another card, I had destroyed the new one…no action required
