This is a forum for Monzo users and fintech enthusiasts. Nobody here – well, almost nobody – works for Monzo, and it’s not a way to get account specific help.
Your best bet is to log in to the Monzo app with your email, go to help and search Contact Us.
If you don’t have access to the app, you can also email help@monzo.com but that may take some time to get a response.
