How do I know my account is still active

I can able to login my monzo account, but still would like to know my account is active or not.since I have not done any transactions for few months.p

Also please print url or option for to connect monzo support through chatting .

Unless you closed it or Monzo told you they were closing it, then itā€™s open

Since you can access the app go to the help section and look to see if thereā€™s a help article relevant

If not then search ā€˜contact supportā€™

If you can log in your account will be active

Your account doesnā€™t get closed for inactivity

Best way to test is to try and transfer 1p or something. Or go to the shop with a backup card and give it a go
