Problem moving daughter from under 16 account to her own account

Hi, I opened an under 16 account for my daughter and now she has turned 16 she would like to have an account of her own. The problem is when she goes to apply it just opens the app and shows the existing details. Any ideas? She has tried logging out and from a laptop but no luck. Thank you.

You’ll need to speak to Monzo in app, and see what they say as to what to do next. I’d imagine it’d be a case of them closing the child account and then either giving her a 16-17 account (or not because Banks are strange).
