Hi all, trying to load my photo id to register for upgraded account but all i get is the blue wheel of death, it does not seem to want to load. Any suggestions?

Try reinstalling the app, flushing app cache and all. If not, then you’ll need to get in touch with support (in-app or help@monzo.com). Alternatively… if you have another android device you can simply try a different one? However, if it’s a bug then it would be nice to let Monzo know, so they can mercilessly kill it.
