Surprised HSBC is so far down. I know a good few folks on here praise them.
Nationwide would jump up a couple on the app side if they had notifications I reckon
Nationwide had a good jump overall while Chase had a bit of a drop.
Given the account features are nearly identical (except the travel card), and I assume the apps are, I’ve never got the rbs/natwest disparity.
Are there separate rbs & NatWest teams on phone/web agents. I’d guess they have the same scripts/support articles anyway.
Are NatWest branch staff more friendly? Do Scottish customers expect more.
