Hi Monzo team,
I’ve recently upgraded to Monzo Perks and I’m really enjoying the additional benefits, particularly YouTube Premium Lite.
However, as a customer based in Northern Ireland, I feel some of the lifestyle benefits could be more inclusive.
For example, the monthly Vue cinema ticket isn’t particularly useful here. Would Monzo consider adding Omniplex as an alternative cinema partner, or allowing customers to choose between cinema providers?
I think this would make Perks considerably more appealing to customers across Northern Ireland and provide better value for those of us paying the same monthly subscription.
I’m very happy with Monzo overall and would love to see the benefits become more geographically inclusive.
