Wish you did, I have to use it on my Nationwide account even though you are my main bank
Fixed.
I’ve never met someone who uses PAYM.
You might have done but they just forgot to mention it

I don’t know about you, but it’s always one of my first questions when meeting new people.
Yeah I use the US App Store.
I use PAYM frequently, as my colleagues wont give me their bank details.
Well that explains that then.
Sorry to hear that. Lack of trust in the workplace must be very demoralising.
Not lack of trust, they just cant be bothered and I don’t have UK paypal when they send collections around
I never understand why people don’t think Paym is fantastic. It solves the fraud problem that banks seem unable to implement because it already displays the name of the account before you hit Send, and for most people sending money to a phone number is already verified anyway because the number is already in their phonebook and has had texts and calls exchanged. It’s a cinch to set up and ports with you if you CASS accounts. I don’t understand why banks don’t automatically offer it upon opening a new account and make it opt–out rather then opt–in.
Yep, all this. To me it’s a total no-brainer. Phone number information you already know and have saved against a contact. Unlike a sort code/account number that requires, at best, a copy/paste and usually a manual input from another source.
PayM is the biggest reason I have to keep another current account open- nearly all my circle of friends use it for paybacks etc with each other.
Although I’d very much like PayM, it’s not a deal breaker for me.
