If the point was that not everyone is seeing the promise of a treat, then I am also not a chosen one:
I’m struggling to understand why people reporting issues to support is like a live wire.
Support is the cost of doing business - so if Monzo chooses to introduce a penny challenge, and then varies it between customers, then that would seem to be a legitimate question to ask. Of course, it could also be a bug, which feels like it’s something that Monzo would want to know about.

I had a look at the T&Cs and couldn’t see anything related to this.
I mean that could be the case. But it feels like a strange design decision.

Seems like nobody knows the answer, so if you want to try and game the system (like me) that’s a risk you’ll have to take.
