Is this possible? I was to make one off payments from my bills pot to pay the window cleaner for example.
We pay our window cleaner via bank transfer. Whenever I see him, I just set up a scheduled payment for the next day and then set it to come from the pot. He is happy with this so works for us.
If your window cleaner requires same day payment, then unless they accept card (and you pay with a virtual card), then you wouldn’t be able to do it from a pot automatically. (You could pay from main account and then manually move the money from the pot).
If your window cleaner is happy to be paid the day after, then schedule the payment and set it to come from your pot.
