Not moving up the waiting list

Hello, I signed up for monzo a couple of days ago and the waiting list number hasn’t changed at all since I’ve joined! Is this a glitch or is there a different reason for this? I’d love to get one as soon as possible! Thanks very much :slight_smile:

@annapayne Your best bet regarding with this will be to email help@monzo.com they can help you move forward if there is an issue. It may just be moving a bit slower due to the bank holiday.
You can always check out the golden tickets thread for a ticket to skip the queue! Give/Request Golden Tickets 🎫 / Jump The Queue

Out of curiosity how many people are in the queue currently?

Usually around 7-8k any given day
