I’m trying to order a Monzo card using the Android App, but I didn’t receive the verification code via sms. My provider is giffgaff btw. Do you have any clue on why this is happening?
I can’t think of any obvious reason why there might be an issue I’m afraid so the quickest way to get hold of your PIN is to contact the support team, via the in-app chat tool or email email@example.com.
