How much info does it show the recipient about the sender? I.e can I post it here

I sent mine to a colleague who claimed a treat but didn’t use it immediately.
How can they get back to the QR code to use it?!

I recently gifted a Greggs sausage roll/drink/desert.
The claimed warm, hard, 7 inch sausage made them smile. According to the feedback notification in the 
app.
