Issue:
Exchange rate of a refund is negative and makes the conversion be incorrect. I got a refund in EUR and another one in USD, and the conversion to GBP was incorrect so I am missing money.

Is the amount not what you were expecting?
I think the amount will change to the real amount but you could contact in app chat for clarification
Ignore that rate quoted, it’s a long standing display bug
Yeah, this is due to the way the refunds are processed. If you download a statement it should show correctly 
I hate to be Negative Nancy on a Saturday but this feels like the sort of thing that should have been sorted in an update or two, not left for 2 years+

Presumably not many have contacted chat about it so it’s never made it’s way to the list of things that need fixing
