NatWest Chat

Outside advice is part of the problem but it’s also the continuous change of technical leadership. Someone new comes in with their own ideas on how to do things, usually from their previous role, and they insist on change. They then go and sell their ideas to business leadership.

The problem is, staff turnover is pretty high among technical leadership, so the changes are coming through too fast and it feels like a constant stream of u-turns.

There is little by way of long term thinking, sadly. That’s a sign of our times, though. I’m lucky that I’m a contractor, I can at least walk away when I’ve had enough. As long as they pay my invoice (eventually, they are never paid on time), I don’t really care. :man_shrugging:

And to be clear, I don’t contract for NWG.

Anyway, back to NatWest. :recycling_symbol: > :horse:

Bit late, but this is the only way to do a big weekly shop. Can properly bag your stuff at your own pace and no long checkout wait behind people self scanning at the checkouts.

As my OH says:“Of course you ALL are. You are talking to each other on a forum of a fintech.”

let me wait to be invited.

How can I redeem the e-gift code?
You redeem it by following the instructions in the follow up email you’ll receive when you’ve completed your actions.
The instructions will direct you to a redemption website operated by our partner Blackhawk Network EMEA Limited. FAQs and How it works instructions can be found on the redemption website.

I have been given this one. 15 transactions to enter a draw to win £5000

I have just opened a Natwest account, having had an RBS before but they have given me a new customer number. On the App I want to record my face for the biometric approval but it keeps saying I have to wait.

Anyone know how long you have to wait to register, is it like a week, a month?

I came back to NatWest last month and the Biometrics were all sorted in under a week including the phrase

You get separate customer number for either brand.

Interesting, my muscle memory remembers my RBS one, I have to keep checking my password manager for the right one

Biometrics needs to be set up to view the card details in the app

Same here, chance to win £5k for 15 transactions. I have registered, as it was just a click (nothing to fill in etc), but not sure I will compete the challenge, as I’ll be missing out on cashback to use the RBS card, I’d be more interested in a guaranteed £10, than a chance to win £5k.

These 15 are easy for me. Topping up my Apple balance by £1 each day. It will lay for my Apple one subscription

Fair point, and good suggestion. I might give something like that a go, but feels a bit of a hassle of maybe winning money, at least the £10 is certain on the other offer!

Of course this is better but not available to me. I even paid 50p for tyre pressure on it yesterday
