Has anyone received a switching offer payment from Nationwide while they did not meet the last switch offer condition (i.e. when they had already had one wihtin the time frame set in the T&Cs as ineligible)?
Yes. They even merged my two accounts details. I had used different email and phone. I started receiving double email notifications for each account for sometime. Both accounts were also visible in one app yet I had one login.
They still paid out. This was late 2024

I was rejected last time but having another go…
That’s annoying, I won’t qualify this time, they’ve upped the requirements for how much you use the current account. Needs £500 per month, and I only do £225 per month (£200 to Regular Saver, £25 for the 0% credit card payment)
As far as I can see, the criteria haven’t changed. It needed £500 per month last year too, (at least twice out of the three months, January to March), and the year before. You could have achieved that by paying the money in and straight out again.
Interesting, I got the recent £50 one without meeting those requirements, a bank error in my favour perhaps!
No, I think everyone got that due to the purchase of Virgin bank.

That £50 was nothing to do with the Fairer Share Payment; it was The Big Nationwide Thank You, and the eligibility rules were quite different:

Does anyone else have trouble with the FlexStudent Just Eat voucher portal? It’s not unusual to have to wait 5 minutes for each page to load, but today I can’t get the website to load at all (justeat.nationwide.co.uk). My laptop’s been sat with it loading for over 2 hours.
For the record, I didn’t get the switching bonus (had one a year ago)
