Seems a bit of a faff. The last time I worked in an office I just went to the stationery cupboard.
Yeah provided not had the offer since April 2021 I think it was.
Can’t remember if I did or not, will find out in a few week.
This is new, right? If so, it does show that they are updating their app, even if really slowly.
Completed Friday I think, then got this today, I expect the payout to be no less than 10 days away knowing nationwide
Edit:
Just checked my account
Nope, moved TSB which had my 2 O2 direct debits (handset and sim plan), it completed Friday, and got the payout today.
Payments aren’t due until 15th of the month.
They left tsb.
Switching bonuses aren’t dependent on the debits being taken as far as I know, they just need to be active.
I’ve added account number and sort code to PayPal before and never made a transaction with it, but it still counts as 1 DD.
At a guess, active just means able to collect, it wouldn’t move across if it was inactive, doesn’t necessarily need to collect.
But yeah, pretty happy with the quick turnaround on this one as not been eligible for any others.
NatWest don’t wanna know me
When I got the offer they gave last year, I received this message 2 day AFTER the money was paid into my account.
Oooh exciting.
I also asked them in facebook chat if they were just minor updates or anything significant and they said they can’t confirm, which does make them seem like they will be a bit more significant than normal. I doubt they’d be so secretive if they were just a few bug fixes.
thanks for your message. I appreciate you wanting to check this! This message is just to let you know that some changes will be happening soon. I’m sorry to say we’re not able to confirm what these are currently, we’ll have more information when the changes are implemented.
And it’s not as if they aren’t aware of the changes as “changes will be happening soon”, which again, makes it sound less like a few bug fixes.
Although, who knows. Customer service are normally the last to know anything
Now they just need to spend time on their online banking. It works perfectly well, but looks soooo dated.
Wonder if the website will have a new look too.
Then along come spending notifications and be back in the game
The website has got a new look. The one they have now is only a year or so old.
Feel like it’s always look the same
Yeah their website branding is decent, if they bring that design language over to the app and online banking that would be great.
The change wasn’t that major, but they changed it to fit their new branding. Looking at an archive of their old site, elements of it already look pretty dated.

Updated site, for comparison.
Looking at their new gambling settings page, it wouldn’t surprise me if they are updating the app with their new branding. The layout of the page is different to the rest of the app, with different fonts and colours.
Cards/tiles to match the top of the gambling screen would be good on home page.
They’ve had the same app design pretty much since 2015 or thereabouts, few minor tweaks along the way.
