I did update my phone number with them on livechat yesterday though, then got an email saying that I had changed my number & place of birth!
Clearly still a few teething issues…

How serious is this issue? I got the email as well but I’ve never bothered trying to use my n26 account (their launch was so dysfunctional at that start that I stuck with monzo despite my early excitement for n26)
I first noticed problems yesterday at 9am. It should of been reported alot earlier on socials and email.
I just tried again in Tesco. Still declined using the N26 card directly, but worked with Curve/N26…
Yeah ive been advised its still ongoing very poor service.
I just asked N26 what i thought was a basic question and exhausted me.
What times do you update the systems to make bacs credits and what time do DDs leave the acvount on the day both are due???
Their reply was ask the people making the payments??

I don’t know about BACs however DD comes out around 9am for some reason I have 2 DD on my Acc and they always come out around that time
Is what sums them up in general anyway.
I had asked them about incoming bacs payment time as well…and I was given the same reply as well
I had high hopes for N26 but these issues, and more importantly the responses, just give me no confidence in them whatsoever. They really need to up their game or they won’t last in the UK very long
Working again now. Very poor communication though.

I agree they really do need to change their ways or they wont last long… You certainty notice the difference in a app chat convo with N26 and Monzo. Monzo miles ahead in customer service
