I know it’s not 24hr yet…I asked them in live chat…they said only day no live chat is Sunday…
But it’s still limited hr every day till things grow for them in uk…
So the way I see it is …I will keep using them for the odd things here and there…but I won’t keep more than 100 pounds with them
Finally decided to activate it. 2hrs later after using passport and I’m in.
Have to say, quite like the app, nice and clean, seems pretty responsive
well am waiting for my card now being shipped from Germany so hopefully will get it tomorrow or Wednesday
Mine said Label Created for a few days but it’s in transit now for delivery on Wednesday

Well i’m not holding out much hope of the card actually arriving tomorrow until UPS say they have it.

Well, this is fun. Hope they’re better at keeping track of money.
It does make you wonder how with 1.5million previous cards being shipped, what they got wrong this time.
If it was a beta that I’d accept it a bit more, but now it’s open to everyone in the UK, and they can’t get cards out?!

“Routine maintenance” ?
I hope this is a one-off outage and not “routine”. There is no excuse for “routine maintenance” on a modern bank.
What does everyone think of the interface of the app? I’m fully fledged to
but opened up the N26 account to use like a prepaid account basically so I can transfer small amounts and just spend what’s on there, then hoping 1 day Monzo will allow us to have 2 accounts I’ll use the other one for that.
The app seems quite basic to say the least, the spaces thing seems quite cool. I have tried anything else out
I’m a big fan - Although I wouldn’t fancy opening it in the middle of the night (it’s very… white).
I probably prefer the simplicity of it over the Monzo one - But until I’ve had a proper play, it will be hard to judge.
For reference, I personally have Starling as the 3rd best interface of those 3 (something other people have the other way around) - So it’s a very subjective thing!
Have to agree with @nickh quite like the clean interface and it’s very responsive on my iphone 7, it seems to run a lot smoother than Monzo.
Also agree re: starling, but again it’s subjective to opinion.
Yes I agree, haven’t got my card yet so haven’t even Put money into it, so I’m sure things will stand out once it starts getting used, agree with you about Monzo and starling interface both very good in my opinion atleast.
UPS have my card now, due Thursday.
Now, do I work from home again to make sure I’m in?
