You’re lucky to get decent shipping. When I opened my euro account with N26 earlier this year I got no tracking and they sent the card by regular mail.
Wonder if tracked shipping is exclusive for UK accounts or now standard for everyone
I think it’s just because they are having issues.
I got the shipping notification yesterday and N26 seem to conflict with when UPS want to deliver it.

I scanned my documents on Friday and was approved yesterday…I got update today that my card is on way thru ups and will have it tomorrow.
But ups tracking only says label printed…nothing more…
Any positive feedback for N26 from people who are using them? I don’t want them to freeze my tenner:joy:

Originally, I looked at those bad reviews about monzo and was not sure…I gave it a try…now my main account is Monzo…no problem at all

I totally agree…when I joined monzo…I would get a reply within 5 min…but now 2-3 days…
I think its that so many people are joining monzo…

I applied at 8pm Friday night and got approved yesterday(Saturday) and they say 2 working days…
So clearly they are approving over weekend

On the UPS tracking it says it’s 0.5kg. I wonder if they’re sending us presents. 
Pretty heavy for a card.
By 8am I’ll have been waiting 84 hours for my ID to be verified. I know they quote two business days but I’ve heard a number of people were verified on Saturday, some even on Sunday.

That’s probably the lowest pricing band (up to 0.5kg).

Letter rates apply for domestic and international documents, correspondence and electronic media shipments that do not exceed 0.5 kg sent in a UPS Express® Envelope. Domestic, import and export letters above 0.5kg and less than or equal to 2.5kg will be billed the document rate. Domestic, import and export letters above 2.5kg will be billed the package rate.
