I’ve never actually been to the Monzo offices so I guess they should build a pool for when I hopefully get to visit in June for the first time🤞
I spend 90% of my time on Business Banking, however I do also jump onto Frontline when things get really busy, it’s usually emails that I get to work through when i’m not on Business Banking

The greatest similarity to my previous roles would be that i’m still dealing with customers, and on the flip side, the biggest difference is that i’m serving the customers in a different capacity as this is my first work from home job and my first role in the finance/banking industry!
The swimming pool didn’t have any vending machines what so ever as it was based in a firefighter rehab centre! All I ever get from our local leisure centre is XL Cheese crisps but you’ll only find them up north!
