Just wanted to share a positive experience of the Monzo max family travel insurance. And it was my first time ever having to do a travel insurance claim (though in the grand scheme of things it was pretty minor!).
Just got back from a week in Rhodes with the family. 3 days in a spectacular waterslide landing resulted in a very painful sprained ankle.
The hotel called a doctor for me who came straight away and assessed it. Fortunately nothing broken and just a sprain but had to pay €180 (worth it).
The doctors sent everything over via WhatsApp th same evening so I was able to initiate a claim through the Monzo app for travel insurance… Super smooth AND got confirmation both via email and in the Monzo app that my claim was approved whilst travelling back (so before the holiday finished). Grateful it was pretty minor (though it hurt the day 2 days after like hell) but have to say pretty delighted with the claim experience, everything uploaded from my phone nice and easy and excellent communication from Qover / Monzo
