Monzo Support

I pursuaded my techphobic wife to join Monzo and have access to all the excellent fetaures with a joint account (lack of overdraft and DD Transfer still and issue).

She had call to use the Monzo support chat on the app on her iPhone (her Joint Account Care never arrived) and loved the experience declaring “This is the future!”
