Hey! We do for certain features, yes. At the moment I have access to the new designs for the spending tab

Do COps people talk to multiple customers at the same time when using chat?
Yes we do! Though my opinion is that the number of queries we deal with at once isnât all that important - the emphasis is on solving problems for our customers in an efficient and delightful way. Itâs about personal preference - I remember one of my colleagues (@anon37340653 
) would have 30+ conversations open at once while others wouldnât have more than five at a time.
What is your favourite baked good:

to eat?
Itâs not really baking, but I enjoy making a dark chocolate mousse. Itâs quick, easy and more-ish. French baking can be a real faff, with multiple layers to bake to make only one cake. For me simplicity is key (also, less time to wait before demolishing itâŚ).

A lot of people expect everything instantaneously, and know power of social media to share negative opinions. How do you deal with customers with unrealistic expectations and the hostility that can accompany that without letting it get you down?
I think the flipside of your question is that social media also gives customers the power to hold companies publicly accountable for giving them useful answers quickly!
Iâve never really done support on social media, but asked my colleagues @anon21222882 and @anon59331733 to help out:
âI think itâs just important to remember that itâs a tweet/a post and itâs not personal to you, and usually frustration is justified. Even if I donât always agree with their views or appreciate how theyâre talking to âMonzoâ, itâs important to recognise that theyâre a human with human frustrations and wantsâ.
âWhat we do best here at Monzo is being transparent and empathetic. When times get tough on social media, weâre also so good at supporting one another internally.
What do you personally think is the hardest baked good to make/ mess up on?
Do you watch GBBO? If so, who is your favourite contestant across all seasons, and why?
OoooohâŚ.Definitely anything with puff pastry, so croissants/pains au chocolat/etc. as well as millefeuille.
I havenât really watched the Great British Bake Off (Iâm French and snobby about food shows, got to live up to the stereotypes), though I used to watch the equivalent of it in France (Le Meilleur Pâtissier). Canât remember for the life of me the name of my favourite contestant though, sorry!
What are the personality traits and values that Monzo is looking for in a person during the interview process?
Great question! This varies according to the role, the team, and a lot of other things. But for me, I tend to look for people whose values align with what is important to us: always putting customers at the centre of their work, being passionate about solving problems, enjoying working in a team and honesty.
What is the most interesting or amusing COps query youâve had to deal with?
Someone kind of asking me on a date. #Tinzo
