I’m fortunate enough to be testing Monzo+ now & overall it’s great 
But I signed up at 3 minutes past midnight on 1st May. The time UTC was 11:03 on 30th April so my billing date’s been set to the 30th. I’ve now spoken to Monzo support & they’ve said that they can’t change the billing date for me.
I appreciate the fact that this would need some engineering work to fix & it’s not the end of the world. But it would be good if this was fixed at some point because:
- I schedule all of my recurring payments at the beginning of the month to help with budgeting
- I won’t be the only user who gets caught out by this
- This (not handling the timestamp) is arguably a bug
- Monzo controls the end to end billing / subscription process
- The Monzo agreement stated that I’d be charged on the same date each month as the day I subscribed
