Tbh I think we owe a great deal of thanks to Monzo for not pumping up the Plus and Premium Prices since they launched. Thats respectable.

If it comes with more features then that would make sense. If it doesn’t that might lead to folks downgrading but only time will tell.

I think that would be a good way to do it, and cascade the things down. Something goes to free, something goes from premium to plus, then something new is added to premium. Not sure what else you’d add though that is actually worthwhile for people to pay more for.

Too much choice can be overwhelming.

Keep it simple.

All plus features should be free IMO.

Keep premium at a Premium, but add more value. A refresh of the offers wouldn’t go a miss.

Flex is attached to the current account; and individual loans per purchase accumulated to your credit limit.

Shouldn’t be a difficult thing to implement at account level.
