Yup - Iāve written about it on here before! Itās one of the reasons I applied for the job at Monzo because for the first time in my life - thanks to the Monzo app - Iām actually able to manage to money and Iām climbing out of debt (slowly, but surely!).

Iāve just been able to pay my debts off and its the best feeling ever however its going to take 5-10 years for my credit score to get back where it was. I take it Monzo donāt do credit checks then ? usually bank jobs they credit check when you apply?
Yes. Amex donāt accept it, for example.
I think this must be based on our own hype/expectations for the card because I thought it would weigh the same and was really surprised with how heavy it was. I even text my friend who had been asking about it āWHY IS IT SO HEAVY?ā

I agree. Iām not a fan of this powder coating.
I have a curve investor metal card which has the same coating, and honestly I preferred the original curve metal cards (which actually felt like metal).

Tried to use a virtual card to top up my Revolut and it came up as a Ukrainian BINā¦ No go therefore!
Alright, a bit of a weird question for this thread - does anyone recall seeing a post of someones Metal card, that was paired with one of those slim card holder/wallets like this, but in white too:

This was the wallet - apparently a ridge wallet.
I think the white card would look good in an Apple MagSafe leather wallet.
