Oh here’s hoping that they go with that, at least as an option. I strongly dislike the card carousel.

As a quick fix to make that screen more discoverable, I think it’s the best option.

I have some questions, mainly what does this even do? And how did some iOS users see this but others didn’t? Did someone in Monzo run out of coffee 
On a sidenote, I really like the App UI, please don’t change that Monzo, it’s as easy as it as ever been to use for day to day banking.

The explanation for what happened here is going to be it was a simple typo, isn’t it?
That ‘staff’ is a flag, and that someone simply put the wrong brackets around it, causing it to appear in the text field instead of properly applying the flag.
