I get that - but given there are some that already go out on payday, why not remove the payday ones from the amount you wish to transfer, until there’s a more robust solution in place to cater for pot payments to be processed early (which is going to open a can of worms anyway, as there’s a number of scenarios where it could leave people unable to cover their direct debit)?

When will standing orders and payments going to other pots come from the bills pots so you can have all your committed coming from bills pots so you can manage money better
Along with bills pots we should do a curve method of selecting where your card spending comes from like if you want to spend from your holiday pot when on holiday it should come from that when you use your card or a spending pot for everyday spend but that’s my way of thinking and not just your main balance
Yes, it appears Scheduled payments/Standing Orders can now be added to a bills pot
Subscriptions/repeating card payments can’t be added yet - hopefully this is coming
Big thing which I feel hasn’t been talked about but I feel should be looked at in line with all of this (especially if subscriptions via repeating card payments are made to work) is multiple subscription from same merchant handling.
I have multiple things of differing amounts and coming out on different days billed through iTunes but Monzo’s understanding of them as subscriptions is totally borked cus they’re all the same merchant
I just knocked back my standing order by a day to reflect it coming from the pot and noted that it no longer came from the pot
Looks like changing the date deletes and recreates the standing order and loses the assignment to pot with it. Would be nice, though not essential, for that did not happen
Just need things like monzo plus to come from bills pot and regular reoccurring payments you make from normal balance to all your pots to come from your bills pot along with subscriptions and your set up I would like all automated payments going from pots if that’s possible
When you look at bills pots you see a list of payment due out and it’s only direct debits showing on the pot used to pay them standing orders are set to come off but only in scheduled payments list you can see what pot they come from and not on the pot itself
