My question is will the 9.76% increase in Valuation be reflected by a 9.76% increase in the share price taking it from £14.41 to £15.82 ?
Would be nice for us to also be able to take part in this Share sale. I’m not holding my breath but it may still be possible that they may include us. I have recently had almost the same situation occur with a small number of shares that I held through crowdcube in another company. The company receieved an investment and gave crowdcube investors the option to sell some (subject to a minimum number) or all of their shares.
