Perhaps a “Feedback” board, where we post the update threads. App releases, website refreshes, that kind of thing.

We’re aware of this issue, and have a fix in progress to use the preferred name in these cases, so you don’t get the flash of full names.

But I dunno really, just an idea I’ve had for a little while, probably since starting my thread on updates 
but I’ve not had a community manager to suggest it to 
I seem to be getting a rogue extra notification. Indicator.
If I transfer from a pot then put my phone away and make a contactless card payment. Going back to the app I have a 2 instead of 1 in the notification icon. Opening the app the only addition is the contactless payment made.
Hoping this makes sense.
