I hope this is backed by some hard facts showing that more people use the transport category for trains than fuel or Iām uninstalling!
Will be interesting to see if virtual cards will be exclusively a plus feature. Would be cool if you could have 1 or 2 as part of a basic account and more for plus, though.
Round up multipliers for plus would seem kinda lame though.

I hope it is. This is the sort of feature I donāt see as core banking and if users want it they should pay for it. The caveat to that is if there is no significant development time and costs to Monzo but then it is a way to increase revenue.

Lots of new things here - but then again there has been lots of new things for a while and we havent seen much change.
Fingers crossed the credit stuff comes soon - looking forward to having that in app.

Have you got any proof of this? Personally I believe both round up accelerators and virtual cards will be plus, however, I donāt recall @bruno saying this though? Mightāve missed it, so just curious

Sorry, not trying to be sassy or argumentative. Genuinely asking as without any visibility or official source from Monzo that I can check (without scouring multiple forum threads), I donāt know one way or another.

Transparency is a great aim but doesnāt seem to be happening as much these days? Just my perception??
Yet here we are, discussing things found in the teardown and wondering when they are coming and if they are part of the New Plus?
Surely Monzo want to get ahead of these conversations?
And given we seem to be reliant on these teardowns to understand what is coming next, as Monzo donāt publish anything to tell us, thenā¦ yes, I think this speaks to lack of transparency as āweā are doing Monzoās job for them here.

I dont think this is fairā¦ breakdowns are people taking time out of their own schedule to analyse hidden things which arent meant for public eyes just yet.
Its not Monzoās job to tease new features to us and to tease things through breakdowns is completely unavoidable by them. If the 2/3 people over the last few years who do this werent so engaged and posted on here we would be none the wiser.
I think we can say with near 100% confidence that if something is being built as a part of plus then it is coming to ios alsoā¦

On the contrary, I think the taredowns are a bit of fun for some of the tech/monzo enthusiasts. We shouldnāt read too much into them.

Weirdly I agree but you are making my point for me here; If we didnāt have these breakdowns we would know nothing, right? So, by your reasoning if we didnāt have these breakdowns Monzo would be LESS transparent than they are right now as it is currently, unless Iām mistaken, the only clear way to see what they are āplanning to releaseā.
I donāt, cos they are for Android users only 
But they do uncover things that are in the product, but without Monzo giving us a clearly msg/steer, itās all we have to go on. So we guess, and discuss, and soon there is a lot of āit must be thisā, or āno itās thatā and ā¦ well all of this would go away if Monzo stepped forward with a little more visibility of what they are planning.
